significant crash caused by a tractor-trailer or commercial motor vehicle.  Topics will include sources of the additional safety rules applicable to commercial truck drivers that establish a different level of reasonableness; understanding the transportation cycle to find additional sources of recovery for your seriously injured clients; and what the Montgomery vs. CH Robinson opinion from SCOTUS means for your trucking cases. NBTA has acquired CLE accreditation from the State Bar of Texas.
