Registration Confirmation

Thank you for your interest in board certification and submitting your Profile and intent to apply. You have been sent an email confirming this, please keep for your records. You may now begin your application process.  You can save your application at any point and return to complete at a later date.  Your username is your email address and the password you chose upon registering.

If you would like to begin an application immediately you may do so now. 

If you would like to complete your application at a later date you can do so by logging in to the site, and choosing Certifications & Fees in the top menu.

The cost to submit your application is $400, and is only collected after you have completed the application.  Once you have completed the application the site will take you to a payment page, where you may pay by credit card or by check. Applications will not be reviewed until payment is received

Once you have completed the online application, it will be reviewed by the NBTA staff.  If additional information is required or we have any questions, you will be notified.  After all material has been approved , and you have passed the examination, your file will be credited accordingly and you will receive confirmation of your certification.  Your new NBTA certificate will follow shortly thereafter.
