The Whistleblower Protection Act of 1989 (WPA) is a law that protects federal government employees in the United States from retaliatory action for voluntarily disclosing information about dishonest or illegal activities occurring at a government organization
Joining host/producer Chuck Finney will be guest William Jungbauer, a Board Certified Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, with a law office in St Paul, Minnesota. Mr. Jungbauer was instrumental in advising Congress of the problems of harassment and intimidation of injured RR workers by Rail Carriers.
