Family Trial Law is the practice of law dealing with the litigation of legal cases arising from the family relationship of husband and wife, co-habitants and, parent and child. Included in preparation for litigation of the civil controversies arising from these relationships is: knowledge of the substantive law, evaluating, handling and resolving these controversies prior to the institution of suit and through post judgment proceedings.
